My wife(Amy)and I(Jim) began our little company in 1998 after moving to Raleigh from Pittsburgh, PA. I have always loved animals and Amy is the same way, so we decided that we should use our time to help people and their furry friends.

We understand how it is to own pets and how hard it is to decide what to do with them when you have to be away from home for extended periods of time. We know that most animals are more comfortable staying at home in familiar surroundings. Our dogs,for instance, hate to be kenneled and are much more at ease with someone coming to check on them everyday. This is what we decided to offer to other people.

We do ask that our clients call to let us know when they have arrived home, so we know that no extra visits are needed. With regards to the pet(s) safety, we will make extra visits if no phone call has been received. These visits will be added on to existing totals and are payable immediately.
